Terms and Conditions

Passenger No-Show

A no-show fee equal to the scheduled trip cost will be charged when the passenger fails to show up at the designated pick-up location. If you have trouble locating your chauffeur, please call 512.271.7567.

Additional Stops

If during a Point-A to Point-B transfer additional stops are made, the trip converts into an hourly trip with applicable minimums.

Wait-Time for Domestic Arrivals and Point-to-Point Transfers

All airport arrivals include a 30-minute grace period for the time the flight lands as verified by FlightAware.com. Non-Airport transfers include a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has expired, a $25.00 wait time fee will be assessed for the following 16-30 minutes. After 30 mins, the trip will convert to a 2-hr minimum charge. 

Trip Overages

Trips that extend beyond the booked end time will be charged in 15-minute increments for SUVs, and 30- minute increments for Vans and Buses.

Airport Arrivals

For reservations with two flights or more, the trip will convert to the vehicle type hourly minimum.

International Arrivals

 A $35.00 International Arrival Fee will apply to all international arrivals for SUVs.

FBO Arrivals

All FBO arrivals will be charged based on hourly minimums and require a tail number for tarmac access.

Early Late Fee

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all SUV transfers between the hours of 11:00 PM to 5:59 AM.

Holiday Fee

A $25.00 surcharge will be added to all SUV transfers taking place on:

Meet and Greet Procedures

  • Domestic Arrivals: Meet chauffeur in baggage claim.
  • International Arrivals: Meet chauffeur outside customs.
  • Minibuses & motorcoaches will stage outside the terminal (lower level) between columns L – M.
  • FBO arrivals will be billed based on the hourly minimum for the vehicle booked.

Special Events

Rates and minimums are specific to event type and size. ALL special event bookings are fully billable upon confirmation. Includes but not limited to the following special events.

Event Coordinator

A $100 an hour per coordinator. Minimum 3 hours.

Full Vehicle Wrapping

Billed hourly for time it takes to wrap the vehicle. Inquire for more details.

Confirmed Bookings

Invoiced day of confirmation for full amount. If client request to make a deposit to secure booking, we will accept 25% down and remaining 75% is due two weeks prior to date of service.

Damage

A fee of $500 will be charged for excessive mess or throw-up. Client is responsible for any damage caused while on board.

Food and Beverage Policy

All food and drink that is brought on board must be removed at final drop-off location. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Trash bags and trash cans are provided on all vehicles for passenger’s trash. All liquids or foods that can cause stains are prohibited. No greasy food, glass, ice-cream or gum are allowed.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are always prohibited on or around the vehicles.

Customer Responsibilities

360 accepts no responsibility for any item left in our vehicles. Baggage and other property will be handled only at the passenger’s own risk. An adult, other than the driver must remain on or in the vehicle any time there is a passenger under the age of 18 on board.

Schedules/Equipment Replacement

360 shall strive to maintain schedules according to the itinerary provided by the client. We, however, shall not be liable for any damages or cost (in law or in equity, special, regular, incidental, or consequential) due to delays caused by road closures, weather, traffic conditions, mechanical failure, strikes or civil disturbances. 360 reserves the right to substitute equipment of equivalent seating capacity to qualified vendors to fulfill the charter confirmation.
