360Terms and Conditions
All contracts with 360 Transportation must be paid in full before the vehicle will be dispatched to the original pick-up location. If scheduling more than a month away from date of trip a deposit must be paid to reserve the date and time. Deposit is non-refundable if canceled within two weeks of scheduled date. If scheduling within two weeks of the date the trip must be paid in full and is non-refundable. If during a scheduled trip the time is going to be extended the extra time must be paid before time will extend. If time extends 30 minutes past original time set a prorated amount will be charged and collected at time of drop-off (unless its caused by outside issues, traffic etc.) The driver has the right to terminate a single passenger or groups trip for safety reasons, unruly behavior, intentionally damaging 360 property. Passenger/s will be dropped off at a safe location and asked to exit the vehicle. Law Enforcement will be contacted at that time and all extended time fees, damage, etc. will be billed to the passenger/s. A $500-$1000 cleaning fee will be billed if any passenger/s release of any bodily fluids (vomit etc.) or vehicle is left excessively dirty. No animals are allowed in 360 vehicles without approval from 360 Transportation Management before date of trip and if approved there will be an additional fee per animal.
